Responsibilities

Provide friendly and accurate customer service, addressing inquiries about insurance options, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, claims, and billing.
Utilize a customer-focused approach to educate clients on available insurance solutions.
Generate leads, schedule appointments, assess customer needs, and promote suitable products and services.

Requirements

Proven sales experience (e.g., outside sales, retail, telemarketing)
Demonstrated success in meeting sales goals
Current insurance sales experience required
Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
Team-oriented with a strong drive for results
High energy and self-motivation
Detail-oriented with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish preferred
Property and Casualty license in GA, AL, TN, FL, and SC (required)
Life and Health license in GA, AL, TN, FL, and SC (required)
Associate's degree or higher preferred
Flexibility for occasional travel and irregular hours
