Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct moderate to complex financial analysis projects and document findings.
- Develop, interpret, and implement financial concepts to support financial planning and control.
- Provide monthly revenue and/or expense analyses and reports.
- Monitor operating budget processes and allocations, offering analysis for present and future performance.
- Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and systems.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Power Automate, Excel, Oracle, and Salesforce.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience with debits and credits.
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel (V lookups), and IDEA.
- Familiarity with Oracle, Salesforce, data mining, and reporting tools.
- Experience with SharePoint, Teams, and other collaboration platforms.
