Preference will also be given to candidates with experience or aptitude for external funding and those with experience or aptitude for developing community/practitioner engaged research partnerships. However, all areas of research in the space of cybercrime and cybersecurity will be considered.  A Ph.D. in criminology or criminal justice, or in another relevant field, such as economics, psychology, sociology, or computer science, is required. Candidates must have completed a Ph.D. prior to the position’s start date and must have demonstrated potential for excellence in teaching and research.  Successful candidates are expected to have a strong record of scholarly publications.
