Technician – Collision Center Northwest Job Summary: The responsibilities of a Service Technician include diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing customer vehicles. Compensation and Hours

• Compensation: $30.00 - $55.00 per hour
• Monday – Friday

Service Technician Responsibilities:

• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
• Perform diagnostic services and troubleshooting to determine repair needs.
• Communicate with parts dept to obtain parts to perform repairs.
• Communicate directly and efficiently with Service Advisors and Parts Advisors to complete the job in a timely manner.
• Demonstrate behaviors consistent with employers' values in all interactions.

Service Technician Requirements:

• 2+ years of hands-on work experience as Automotive Technician in a reputable shop (preferably OEM dealership or franchise) environment preferred.
• Strong mechanical & electrical diagnostic aptitude and hands on skill preferred.
• High volume mentality
• Proficiency in basic computer skills required.
• Positive attitude
• Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, fun environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Valid Washington State Driver's License (or ability to obtain upon relocation)
• Clean driving record
