Position: Call Center Customer Service Assistant

Job Summary:

The Call Center Customer Service Assistant will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to handle a high volume of calls efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound customer calls in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and efficiency.
• Document and update customer records in the database.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and problem resolution.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets.
• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
• Proficient in using computers and customer service software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
