We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic team. As a Call Center Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to consistently exceed our clients' expectations.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and provide accurate and efficient assistance
• Identify and address customer needs, resolve issues, and provide appropriate solutions
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers
• Log customer interactions and effectively manage customer databases
• Continuously meet or exceed productivity and quality metrics
• Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer experience
• Follow company policies, procedures, and protocols consistently

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
• Proficient in using CRM software and other customer service tools
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays when needed
