Job Description

Overview:

• Operate all equipment in a safe, responsible, and professional manner
• Pickup and deliver to and from service centers
• Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form, ability to write simple correspondence
• Good communication skills- effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
• Ability to effectively communicate with the shift supervisor, co-workers, and other departments on work-related issues promptly
• M-F Schedule
• Start time 6-7am
• LTL- 10-17 stops per day- Palletized freight of all kinds
• Pallet Jack from dock to truck
• New Peterbilt Day Cabs- 53' Trailers

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• At least 2 years of commercial driving experience is required
• Must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) 
• Must have the ability to read, write, speak English, and perform simple mathematical calculations with general mental abilities to handle receipts, read maps, road signs, maintain logs, etc.
• Must maintain an acceptable driving record in compliance with DOT requirements.
• Must be able to lift products from 25 lbs. to 50 lbs. regularly 
• Valid Medical Card 
• No more than 3 of combination- At fault accidents or Moving Violations
• Must pass a background and drug test (signed up for Clearinghouse)
