Job Summary: Tri-FLEXSI Home Health Care, Inc. is currently seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team in Missouri City, Texas. As a full-time individual contributor, you will play a vital role in supporting our mission to provide high-quality and compassionate care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes. • Provide occupational therapy services as directed by the supervising Occupational Therapist
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with physician orders and patient goals
• Collaborate with the patient, family, and other members of the healthcare team to achieve optimal outcomes
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
• Educate and train patients and caregivers in therapeutic techniques and activities
• Adhere to all professional and ethical standards in accordance with state and federal regulations

Requirements:

• Current certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
• Valid state occupational therapy assistant license
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
