Job Summary:
The Concierge is responsible for providing excellent customer service and a world-class experience at the FBO by greeting customers, and assisting with any and all needs of crew and/or passengers. This position will regularly answer phone calls, assist with scheduling, making reservations & services recommendations at the FBO. This may include tracking flights using aviation software and communicate via radio with line service technicians and pilots using appropriate terminology to ensure accurate and timely fueling of aircrafts.
**The anticipated schedule will be 7:00am - 3:30pm, Monday through Friday with a 30 minute lunch.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Greet all customers and vendors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide world-class service during every interaction with crew members and clientele to maintain long term relationships.
- Collaborate and work closely with all coworkers, customers and other visitors to ensure customer service needs are met.
- Increase customer satisfaction by understanding and promptly addressing customer requests, which may include identifying and offering additional FBO services.
- Respond to vendor and customer questions in a polite, efficient and timely manner. Report any concerns or customer service opportunities promptly to management to be addressed.
- Receive, dispatch and process customer purchases and fuel transactions in accordance with company procedures and with great accuracy.
- Assist with invoicing for services rendered for customers and pilots.
- Maintain a working knowledge of FBO facilities, services, website, local surrounding area, and other information commonly asked about by FBO customers and other visitors
- Regularly replenish complementary beverage station and supplies for guests and customers to ensure they are always full.
- Maintain neat and clean work area at all times, including the front desk, lobby, and other FBO amenities.
- Maintain cleanliness through daily inspections in assigned areas to ensure the FBO and assigned areas are neat, clean, and ready at all times for customers or guests.
- Provide visitors with a wide array of concierge services including arranging reservations for hotel stays, ground transportation, catering and customs appointments as requested.
- Assist pilots with access to airport and weather information, portals and computers.
- Assist visitors with their luggage in the FBO and outside to/from aircraft
- Occasionally, this position may also assist with marshalling aircraft, wing walking, placing chocks and cones, and assist line service personnel as needed.
- Understand, comply with and enforce all security (physical, cyber and data) protocols as dictated by the FBO and the airport.
- This position primarily works inside the FBO, some components of this position are performed outside on the airport ramp. Certain functions may be performed in varying weather and environmental conditions such as precipitation, extreme temperatures, jet engine fumes, dust and noise. The tasks performed outside may be near stationary and moving aircraft (including spinning propellers and engines).
- Operate a multi-line telephone and use the company-approved greeting.
- Drive cars, vans or other shuttles if needed or requested.
- Understand, keeps abreast of, and complies with federal, state and local regulations and environmental health and safety laws, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know and other safety requirements.
- Report to management any situation or condition that jeopardizes the safety, welfare, or integrity of the Company, its personnel, or customers.
- Performs all other projects duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous experience preferred but not required. Prior hospitality and/or similar customer service experience a plus.
- Must have knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as Microsoft Word and Excel, managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures
- A professional appearance
- Willing to work a flexible schedule, which may include weekends, nights, holidays, and overtime as needed.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including face-to-face, over the phone and written communication.
- Ability to work flexible schedules and in various weather conditions.
- Proficiency with basic calculations including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
- Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic computer knowledge and skills required.
- Must maintain a valid driver’s license for occasional travel requirements.
- A professional appearance and manner consistent with Company culture must be maintained.
