Position:  Residential Construction Estimator

Working Schedule:  Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM (PST) | 12 AM - 8 AM (Philippine Time)

Salary Range:  $1000-$1250 / Monthly

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform detailed material takeoffs and prepare comprehensive estimates for all aspects of home construction projects.

• Research and evaluate costs of materials, equipment, and labor to ensure accurate project budgeting.

• Solicit and gather competitive quotes from subcontractors and suppliers.

• Analyze and compare estimated costs against contracted pricing to ensure profitability.

• Assist in the preparation of bids for new contracts and support purchasing activities.

• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other team members to ensure project specifications and plans are accurately estimated.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in residential construction estimating or a similar role.
• Strong mathematical skills, including proficiency in algebra, geometry, and basic arithmetic.
• Ability to read and interpret construction specifications and plans.
• Proficiency in presenting proposals and project estimates to clients and stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
• In-depth knowledge of current residential building codes and construction practices.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in estimating and documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.

DEVICE / CONNECTIVITY REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 50mbps internet speed
• Must have their own Permanent Work From Home Equipment like Laptop and Personal Computer with External Monitor.
