Job Description

We're seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Data Entry & Customer Support Specialist. In this role, you'll be the backbone of our operations, handling data entry tasks, providing excellent customer service, managing dispatching duties, and assisting with parts ordering.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform accurate data entry to support efficient operations.
Deliver outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
Coordinate dispatching of service requests and manage schedules.
Order and track parts as needed for repairs.
Schedule:

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Location:

Office based in downtown Dallas, TX. This position requires reporting to the office each working day.
Compensation and Benefits:

Initial annual salary of $35,568 ($17.00 per hour), with an increase to $39,500 ($19.00 per hour) after the first year.
Medical benefits commence after 12 months of employment.
