Role Overview
As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate data entry for our customers' service orders and invoices. Your work will directly impact our auditing, billing, and reporting processes, contributing to cost savings and efficiency improvements. You will work closely with service providers and Customer Service Managers to resolve discrepancies and ensure data integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately key data into work orders and our system.
Meet or exceed weekly targets for data entry.
Collaborate with vendors to gather required information and resolve issues.
Audit invoices to identify and dispute unnecessary or unreasonable charges.
Track and report cost savings.
Communicate effectively with the Customer Service Manager team.
Participate in special projects as assigned.
Perform other duties as needed.
Qualifications:
Education: Associate's Degree preferred but not required.
Skills:
Excellent keyboarding skills and accuracy.
Good organizational skills.
Proficiency in Excel and Word.
Familiarity with Salesforce preferred.
Knowledge of material handling and aerial equipment preferred.
Physical Demands:
This role requires the ability to sit or stand for up to 8 hours, use hands for repetitive motions, and occasionally lift up to 10 pounds. Reasonable accommodations can be made for individuals with disabilities.
Remote Work Environment:
Our Data Entry Specialists primarily work from home, collaborating with co-workers remotely and communicating electronically. You must be able to sit or stand for extended periods, type accurately, and communicate effectively.
