About the Role:
As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive the best service possible. You will be responsible for accurately entering key work order and invoice data into our system. This data is essential for auditing, billing, and reporting purposes. You'll also perform initial audits to identify duplicate or excessive charges, helping to save costs for our customers. Your work will directly contribute to the success of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately enter data into work orders in our system.
Meet or exceed weekly performance targets.
Collaborate with vendors to resolve missing information or discrepancies.
Audit invoices and dispute any unnecessary or unreasonable charges.
Track and report cost savings.
Communicate effectively with the Customer Service Management (CSM) team.
Participate in special projects as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For:
Strong keyboarding skills with a focus on accuracy.
Good organizational skills.
Familiarity with Excel and Word.
Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
Basic understanding of material handling and aerial equipment is beneficial but not required.
A team player who is customer-focused and detail-oriented.
Physical and Remote Work Environment:
This position primarily involves working from home, with occasional requirements to sit or stand for up to 8 hours, type, and use hands and fingers for repetitive motions.
