Mutual of Omaha Mortgage continues to expand and is seeking a Marketing Analytics Manager. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for updating the backend data architecture, data preparation and delivering reporting and business intelligence to end users through Power BI. Our main objective will be creating analytics for business units, transitioning our data from multiple sources to a SQL database. This role will have some direct reports to help support the overall department.

  • Responsibilities and Duties
    • Interfacing with internal / external business SMEs to create and maintain operational reporting in Salesforce, Power BI and Excel
    • Scoping out business requirements and creating reports from multiple sources
    • Creating and maintaining performance queries to expedite data refresh times
    • Analyzing and manipulating data as required for ad-hoc analysis
    • Isolating and resolving data source issues with limited supervision and oversight
    • Collaborating with other team members to assist in data related tasks
 
  • Qualification and Skills
    • 5+ years of experience with SQL, SSIS, SSRS
    • 5+ years of loading, importing, and exporting data into and from databases
    • 2+ years of reporting and dashboard creation in Salesforce
    • 2+ years of defining DAX measures and modeling in Power BI
    • Experience with Python / VBA a plus
    • Advanced Excel skills including Power Query
    • Good written and verbal communication skills
    • Problem-solver with the ability to understand business issues and implement robust solutions
    • Excellent organization, prioritization and deadline focus skill sets
    • Reliable, self-motivated, and accountable for assigned work
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
    • 2+ year mortgage experience preferred
