Schedules :

• 12 Hour Shifts - Including 1 Weekend Day
• Typical Start Time: 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM

Typical Shifts Include :

• Front-Half (Sunday-Tuesday)
• Back-Half (Thursday-Saturday)

What would you do with twice the number of days off?

• 3 Day Work Week = 208 days off
• 4 Day Work Week = 156 days off
• 5 Day Work Week = 105 days off

Job Responsibilities :

• Support daily living activities such as: laundry, making beds, cleaning, shopping, going to the movies or arcade
• Effectively read, write, and document basic concepts in the English language
• Able to drive with valid license to transport clients in larger than normal vehicles
• Follow and implement individualized care plan, supporting them to achieve their goals Help foster and maintain their dignity, privacy, and comfort
• Assist adults with basic needs, such as showering, bathing, dressing, and eating
• Assist with individual medical needs, including medication administration, 
• Communicate changes in supports/services and training objectives in the service plan, as well as any significant changes/concerns in the individual’s life, to team members
• Ability to understand and implement behavior intervention plans, treatment plans, orders related to medications, individualized person-centered support plans

Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalency is required.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record necessary. Some positions may require training/testing to drive accessible vehicles.
