This newly developed position will serve as the inaugural Center for Community Engagement (CCE) lead for all community engaged learning work in partnership with the School of Dentistry, School of Medicine, School of Nursing, School of Pharmacy and the Graduate Division.
The Director of Community Engaged Learning independently uses and applies wide-ranging experience and proficiency in organizational development, effectiveness, business process analysis and strategic planning on projects that involve multiple organizations and stakeholders. The Director uses advanced organizational development professional concepts and organization objectives to resolve complex organizational development, design and effectiveness issues. The Director also regularly works on highly complex issues of strategic engagements where analysis of circumstances and information requires an in-depth evaluation of factors, and exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy.Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement.
The salary range for this position is $132,000 - $204,000 (Annual Rate).
