Job Description

The Email Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, producing, deploying, and reporting on all email messages and campaigns. Using both scheduled messages and automated journeys, they develop strategies that increase customer engagement, website traffic, conversions, and revenue that support seasonal campaigns and company goals. This position also creates and manages customer segmentation as well as data gathering forms and landing pages.

Note: This position resides in-person at our corporate headquarters in Exton, PA.

Responsibilities

• Create and deploy email messages that are on brand and error free.
• Create and maintain email schedules.
• Establish processes and collaborate with various internal departments to produce email campaigns.
• Create and distribute reports measuring campaign performance and segmentation membership; share insights and opportunities.
• Optimize channel performance through A/B testing.
• Build forms and landing pages for gathering customer information.
• Stay up to date with email regulations and ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, etc.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience working in a major email marketing/marketing automation platform. Experience with Act-On, Braze, or Klaviyo a plus.
• Knowledge of email marketing best practices – design/layout, segmentation, A/B testing, deliverability.
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of email marketing performance metrics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to collaborate across internal departments.
• General knowledge of music/sheet music a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
