Job Description
About Us:
We're on the lookout for a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in B2B email marketing. We need someone who can confidently navigate the email marketing landscape independently. In this role, you'll be a crucial individual contributor, responsible for every aspect of email marketing - from crafting engaging copy to analyzing campaign performance. We're not looking to train someone from scratch; we need a proactive individual who can hit the ground running and deliver tangible email marketing ROI. Does this sound like you?
If you're detail-oriented, conscientious, and committed to best practices, you might be the perfect fit. You should excel in prioritization, time management, and project execution, with a keen eye for quality and a results-driven mindset. We value adaptability, resilience, and a determination to overcome challenges.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive email campaigns across the entire customer journey, from prospecting to retention
Create new campaigns regularly and ensure existing ones remain current
Continuously test and optimize all elements of campaigns to enhance performance
Generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) to drive revenue growth
Provide weekly reports on campaign performance and offer recommendations for improvement
Manage campaign data enrichment, segmentation, and targeting
Maintain brand consistency across all email communications
Collaborate with external partners for necessary integrations, such as between email platforms and CRM systems
Establish and maintain a modern, user-friendly preference center across multiple platforms
Keep project and activity records up to date in our project management system
Research and recommend new marketing technology tools and platforms
Undertake additional marketing initiatives as required
What You'll Bring:
5+ years of experience in email marketing, with a focus on B2B campaigns
Proficiency in email deliverability, segmentation, copywriting, cadence planning, attribution, and design best practices
Demonstrated ability to analyze campaign data and adjust strategies accordingly
Knowledge of regulatory compliance, particularly regarding preference centers
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Support
Capability to overcome operational challenges and stay focused on delivering results
Hands-on experience with multiple email platforms
Familiarity with email platform integrations, especially with Salesforce
If you're dedicated and hardworking, you'll feel right at home with our dynamic, supportive team. We offer the stability and benefits of an established company, coupled with the energy, camaraderie, and growth opportunities of a startup environment.
