About the Role: As an Event Promotions Assistant at Think Tell Junction, you will be instrumental in planning, promoting, and executing our diverse range of events. You will work closely with our marketing team to ensure our events are well-publicized and successfully managed, engaging our target audience effectively. Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of promotional strategies for events.
• Coordinate event logistics, including venue booking, setup, and teardown.
• Create and distribute marketing materials such as flyers, social media posts, and email campaigns.
• Liaise with vendors, sponsors, and partners to ensure smooth event execution.
• Monitor and respond to event-related inquiries and feedback.
• Track and report on the success of promotional campaigns and event attendance.
• Support on-site event management and troubleshoot any issues that arise.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in event planning or promotions is a plus but not required.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
