Job Description

Position Overview:
As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in preparing accurate and timely financial reports and statements. Your responsibilities will include performing financial forecasts and analysis to support operational efficiency, profitability, and resource utilization. You will collaborate with leaders to develop annual budgets and ensure accurate data entry into our financial systems. Additionally, maintaining and reconciling our financial reporting and cost accounting systems will be central to your role.

This position offers the flexibility of working from home with occasional onsite requirements within the Sutter footprint.

Equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of a degree or diploma.
Bachelor's degree preferred in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:

At least 2 years of recent relevant experience.
Skills and Knowledge:

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial operations.
Familiarity with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
Ability to perform financial analysis using various methods and tools.
Proficiency in computerized accounting and financial systems.
Capability to interpret financial data and prepare reports and presentations.
Aptitude for understanding and applying policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
