Requirements: • Proven experience in a role that involves applying coatings to concrete surfaces. • Previous experience with polishing concrete or concrete repairs. • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. • Excellent customer service skills and commitment to quality. • Ability to adapt to new technologies and installation methods. • Self-motivated and accountable, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Responsibilities: As a Floor Install Technician in Miami, FL, US, your responsibilities will include: • Expertly installing our green coating technology, which encompasses base coat, flake, and topcoat applications. • Paying close attention to detail while working at customers' locations. • Thoroughly prepare the floor surface before applying the base coat. • Promptly informing management of any issues that may arise during the installation process. • Demonstrating BauCon Coatings's White Glove Service to customers. • Adhering strictly to our Job site Code of Conduct. • Utilizing our operating system to input notes and upload before/after pictures to close out each work order. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent. • Previous floor coating experience using epoxy or paint. • Previous experience with polishing concrete or concrete renovation is beneficial. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation. • Ability to give and receive feedback in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent problem-solving skills. • Proven experience in a role that involves applying coatings to concrete surfaces. • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. • Excellent customer service skills and commitment to quality. • Ability to adapt to new technologies and installation methods. • Self-motivated and accountable, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
