What We're Looking For:

PSQ Productions is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team in the vibrant city of Irvine. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage service at various events. From supervising staff to ensuring exceptional guest experiences, you'll play a vital role in making our events a success.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train food and beverage staff, ensuring excellent service and adherence to company standards.
• Coordinate with event planners to understand client expectations and ensure seamless execution of food and beverage service.
• Oversee all aspects of event setup, including arranging tables, chairs, and decor, as well as the preparation and presentation of food and beverages.
• Maintain inventory and order supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper storage.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation.
• Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop menus and make recommendations based on guest preferences and dietary restrictions.
• Stay updated with industry trends and make suggestions for improvement in food and beverage service.

Requirements

• previous experience in a food and beverage supervisory role, preferably in the events industry.
• Excellent knowledge of food and beverage service standards and procedures.
• Strong leadership and team management skills to motivate and guide staff effectively.
• Exceptional customer service skills and ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food handling and sanitation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with event planners, staff, and guests.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of quality and cleanliness.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
• Passion for the food and beverage industry and staying updated with current trends.
