?? Now Hiring: Bilingual HR Generalist ??
Location: Delano, CA
Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Sun-Thurs)
Salary: $75K + Bonus & Great Benefits
We’re looking for a Bilingual HR Generalist to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for managing both hourly and salaried employees, driving employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. What You’ll Do:
?? Employee Relations: Conduct onboarding, promote a positive work environment, lead employee engagement activities, and manage employee recognition programs.
?? Staffing: Coordinate recruitment, manage internal job postings, and support management in the hiring process.
?? Process Management: Maintain HR records, prepare reports, manage compliance, and support with time & attendance tracking.
?? Training: Develop and deliver HR leadership training, manage certification programs, and guide staff on HR best practices.
?? Compliance & Safety: Monitor legal compliance, assist with safety protocols, and handle HR audits and hearings.
Qualifications:
?? Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
?? 3+ years of HR experience or 1-2 years with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
?? Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment law, and compliance
?? Must live in Delano
?? Proficient with HRIS systems (Lawson, KRONOS, SharePoint) and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
