Job Description
In your new role you will: - Project Coordination
- Work closely with the HR Project Coordinator, as well as local and regional stakeholders , to coordinate and execute project plans
- Supporting tracking and reporting of KPIs
- Develop functional skills and business acumen
- Research current HR trends and advise on ongoing strategies, as needed
- Brainstorm creative content for workshops/panel discussions /learning series events
- Assist with the creation of presentations and other content in preparation of senior leader presentations
Facilitation & Workshops - Prepare, facilitate, and moderate various HR meetings and workshops
- Support preparation of agenda items, content and speakers; align with senior leaders to ensure meaningful topics are discussed
- Capture action items and follow-up on information discussed during the meetings
- Participate in special projects and perform other job-related activities, as needed
- Document your learning journey and conduct a self-evaluation at the end of your program.
- Have the ability to travel Domestically and to Mexico if needed.
You are best equipped for this task if you have: - Current status of enrolled in a Human Resources, Business, or a related field program (BS required, MS preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (i.e. written communications, public speaking, etc)
- Strong knowledge and interest of HR practices and current trends , and general project management skills
- Self-motivated , organized, with strong analytical skills and strategic mindset
- Maintain confidentiality when managing sensitive information
- The ability to demonstrate an exceptional drive for results and accountability of business needs
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Creative, with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable with ambiguity
- Hold yourself to high standards of ethics and integrity
- A Proactive mindset and approach to work
- Experience in the Human Resources field is a plus
Required:
Able to work full-time hours
Available for a minimum of 12 months for program success
