Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for lesson preparation and teaching of Shinkansen's own Japanese language courses.
• Must follow up on students' post-teaching feedback in a timely manner, maintain good communication with students, maintain student relationships, and update students' learning status in a timely manner.
• According to the feedback from students, regularly participate in the teaching research of relevant courses in the teaching and research group, continuously self-learning and improve teaching skills, exchange teaching experience with other teachers during the teaching and research process, and improve their own teaching level.
• Actively participate in various teaching activities organized by the Ministry of Education.
• Answer the questions raised by the students at any time, and patiently guide the students' after-school life.
• Responsible for the Ministry of Education and other related work.
