Junior attorney

Successful and growing business and real estate law firm seeks motivated litigation attorney who lives in the Riverside area and has a minimum of 2 years' experience in the areas of real estate/business litigation.

The ideal candidate will be someone looking for a long-term opportunity in a collegial, in-office work environment. Salary, generous bonus plans and competitive benefits package are included.

Responsibilities include:

* Drafting and responding to pleadings and discovery
* Appearing in court both in person and remote
* Preparing for and attending depositions
* Handling cases from inception to resolution
* Representing clients at mediations, settlement conferences and trials
* Prompt client interaction
* Proven experience as a litigation attorney
* Ability to work autonomously and in a collaborative manner
* Trustworthy and collegial

Requirements:

* J.D. from an accredited law school; a member in good standing of the California Bar
* Strong drafting skills
* Highly team-oriented
