As a Junior Financial Analyst - Asset Management at Augmentjobs, you will play a key role in supporting our asset management team by conducting detailed financial analysis, preparing reports, and providing insights to optimize portfolio performance. Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Analysis: Conduct quantitative analysis to assess the performance of investment portfolios, including evaluating asset allocation, risk metrics, and returns.

• Reporting: Prepare and present regular financial reports, including performance summaries, investment recommendations, and market trends.

• Data Management: Collect, organize, and analyze financial data from various sources to support decision-making processes.

• Market Research: Stay up-to-date with market trends, economic conditions, and industry developments to provide informed recommendations.

• Portfolio Management Support: Assist senior analysts in managing investment portfolios by tracking asset performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.

• Model Development: Develop and maintain financial models to forecast asset performance and support investment strategies.

• Compliance: Ensure that all financial activities comply with internal policies, industry regulations, and legal standards.

• Client Interaction: Support client communication by preparing presentations and reports that address client needs and expectations.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFA, CFP) are a plus.

• Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in financial analysis, asset management, or a related field.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, Bloomberg, financial modeling software). Familiarity with investment management platforms is advantageous.

• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends.

• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.

• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial analysis and reporting.

• Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and support senior analysts and managers.
