Job Description

1. Formulated the company's product development strategy, overall product planning, product strategy and development plan according to the company's development strategy, and led the implementation
2. Fully responsible for the overall planning of annual product development plan, organization and implementation, and overall design objectives to achieve product design concept refining, product structure adjustment, and serialization development and design of new products;
3. Responsible for the control and supervision of product design, plate making and sample making in the aspects of development progress and effect in each quarter:
4. Conducted regular market research, collected fashion trend information, grasped fashion trend to understand competitive brands, and timely improved and perfected design concepts
5. Closely cooperate with technical personnel to adjust the design effect to meet the production conditions and market requirements;
6. Responsible for the analysis of market dynamics and sales data, timely adjustment of design plans and control of design costs
7. Responsible for product planning and sales data analysis, user portrait analysis, competitive products and competitive brand analysis, formulation of product framework, category structure, market band and production ratio, formulation of price band, annual sales plan target, gross profit requirements, and product planning of holiday sales time nodes.
