Requirements:

• Valid and active Licensed Practical Nurse State license
• 1 year experience within the last 3 years 
• BLS certification 

Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance to nursing staff, including LPNs, CNAs, and support personnel.
• Ensure adherence to established policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Manage patient care, including assessments, medication, treatments, and documentation.
• Adjust care plans to meet individual patient needs.
• Mentor and train nursing staff for professional growth.
• Monitor compliance with standards and infection control.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain effective communication with the healthcare team and resolve issues.
• Advocate for patients, addressing concerns in a patient-centered environment.
• Respond to medical emergencies following established protocols.
• Ensure timely and accurate electronic health record documentation.
