Job Title: Electro-Mechanical Specialist 
Pay Rate: $26.97-$30.00 hourly
Location: Seymour, IN

Job Duties:

• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and make necessary repairs to restore equipment to proper operating conditions
• Disassemble equipment, identify and replace worn, broken, or otherwise defective parts and reassemble equipment making any adjustments necessary to ensure proper equipment operation
• Perform preventative maintenance, cleaning and lubricating equipment in accordance with prescribed schedule or as instructed
• Maintain proper pump oil levels and change oil in transmissions
• Perform related duties such as maintain production, shrinkage, S.P.C., other required records relative to equipment performance and maintenance
• Enter and retrieve information to and data terminals, mix parts, cleaning solutions, neutralize solutions, drain tanks after authorization, clean reflectors and lenses, clean tanks, move materials and supplies in assigned areas, assist trades people as required or assigned, etc.
• Work directly with MSE, process engineers, electronics technicians, mechanics, production, and machining departments to move reliability and perform of equipment
• Maintain communication log daily
• Ensure adequate supply of replacement parts in stock and document
• Operate powered mobile equipment per company standards
• Maintain production maintenance, S.P.C., deviations and other required record logs, as instructed

Requirements:

• Troubleshooting skills
• Reading blueprints/hydraulic
• Basic electrical knowledge
• Basic mechanics, such as Bridgeport, lathes, etc.
• Low voltage 240v-110
• 2-year degree plus 2 years of work experience OR 5 years experience in a related field

Shifts:

• 1st shift - 6am-2:30pm/7am-3:30pm (depending on plant)
• 2nd shift - 2pm-10:30pm/3pm-11:30pm (depending on the plant)
• 3rd shift - 10pm-6:3-am/11pm-7:30am (depending on the plant)
