Job Description

We are looking to add a Marina Concierge/ Administrative Assistant to our team. The purpose of the position is to make each guest feel welcome and accommodated. This is an exciting, fast paced position at the Resort at Longboat Key Club Moorings, a full-service, deep-water marina with 291 slips that can accommodate up to 150-foot vessels. We are open 7 days a week, shifts are flexible. Our hours of operation are 7:30am to 5pm. Qualified candidates will enjoy close interaction with overnight guests, long-term lessees, and slip owners. Essential Functions:

• Position requires making slip, dinner, and spa, reservations for individual boaters, club members and assist with long-term lease arrivals for marina guests.
• Process all reservation forms, folio cards and payment for dockage, concierge services for slip owners and guests.
• Operate reception desk, Telephone and VHF Marine radio communications, dockage coordination, fuel dock coordination and log, vessel key log maintenance, outside contractor insurance compliance, and MMS software operations.
• Assists with accounts receivable, end-of month billing coordination, and daily reports as per Accounting Department.
• Promote all aspects and business of the Marina in a positive manner while maintaining the highest level of Guest Services.
• Maintain Ship Store appearance and inventory.

Job Requirements:

• Must be acquainted with Microsoft Office software in order to update occupancy numbers, fuel logs, and send emails to our Marina email distribution list.
• Must possess a friendly demeanor and the willingness to work in the most beautiful Marina in Florida.
• Customer service skills a plus
• Computer and Data Entry skills
• Candidate must be able to work weekends and holidays
• Able to drive shuttle van a plus
