MECHANICAL DESIGNER ENGINEER

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are currently seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team. This is a full-time salary position offering excellent benefits and a great opportunity for growth with longevity.
With a weekday work week, Monday-Friday, and dayshift hours, this position provides a stable schedule for those who need to enjoy a familiar and consistent routine.

MUST HAVE:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
2 years of experience in Mechanical Design with an emphasis in hydraulics
Experience in materials (various metals and plastics)

QUALIFICATIONS:

Mechanical Engineering Degree (BSME)
Two years of experience in Mechanical Design with an emphasis in hydraulics
A quick learner with good communication skills
A team player who is positive and motivated with a strong work ethic
Ability to work with a team to achieve results
Plumbing and electrical experience a plus, but not necessary
Experience in electrical components, construction, and/or maintenance services is preferred but not required

THIS POSITION REQUIRES:

Proficiency in SolidWorks
Knowledge of hydraulics
Knowledge of materials (various metals and plastics)
Designing and testing new products
Designing molded components
Improvements to existing products
Sourcing parts and materials
Developing BOMs
Good understanding of the principles of mechanical engineering
