Job Description

As a Billing Representative, you will play a key role in helping patients understand and manage their medical bills. You'll primarily handle inbound calls, with occasional outbound calls, to assist patients with their billing questions. Working with a variety of healthcare providers, you'll ensure that patients receive the support they need, whether it's answering questions about a bill, processing payments, or researching the status of a payment.

You'll be working across multiple systems, including EPIC, Artiva, TCN (our phone system), and other client-specific platforms. While this might feel a bit challenging at first, we'll provide you with the training and support you need to succeed.
