Position Overview

Seeking a talented and driven Mid-Senior Level Private Equity Associate to join dynamic team. This role is crucial for supporting the investment process, conducting in-depth financial analysis, and assisting in managing portfolio companies. The ideal candidate will possess strong M&A experience and a solid understanding of private equity fundamentals, along with exceptional business acumen to identify and capitalize on investment opportunities.

• Conduct detailed financial modeling and valuation analysis for potential investments
• Support the due diligence process by gathering and analyzing data on target companies
• Assist in the preparation of investment memoranda and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
• Monitor and analyze portfolio company performance, providing insights to enhance value creation
• Collaborate with senior team members on deal sourcing and execution
• Build and maintain relationships with investment banks, brokers, and other industry professionals

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; MBA is a plus
• 3-5 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or corporate finance
• Strong understanding of M&A processes and valuation techniques
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated business acumen and ability to identify investment opportunities
