Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
- Install molds into machines based on work order specifications.
- Follow and document process parameters to ensure consistent and repeatable results.
- Safely and efficiently perform mold changes, utilizing a crane hoist when necessary.
- Adjust molding parameters to achieve high-quality parts and optimize cycle times.
- Participate in OSHA compliance activities to maintain a safe work environment.
- Configure robots and End of Arm tooling for part and runner removal.
- Utilize troubleshooting skills to enhance and standardize molding processes.
- Address and resolve issues related to unacceptable reject levels promptly.
- Respond promptly to machine alarms to minimize downtime.
- Handle materials, molds, and tooling with care and responsibility.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication between shifts.
- Ensure continuous operation of production equipment.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote awareness of company goals.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lbs and manual dexterity for typing and writing.
- Wear required PPE, including back brace and steel toe shoes when necessary.

Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent, supplemented with training in molding operations.

Experience:
- Over 2 years of experience in injection molding.
- Demonstrated ability in a supervisory or leadership role within a similar environment.
