QUALIFICATIONS / WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU: - Mortgage Origination Experience (2 years preferred)
- Must be licensed through NMLS in
- Ability to analyze a 1003 to find the most beneficial program for our client.
- Understanding all mortgage products, including VA, FHA & Conventional
- Understanding of compliance requirements to originate a quality loan
- High ethical standards and transparent integrity
- Accountable, Reliable, Punctual & Consistent
- Encompass experience highly desired
