In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Process incoming orders, including data maintenance, master data entry and updates, entry of global sales orders, comprehension, validation, and coordination of large orders
• Answer inbound customer inquiries by email for requests during the order cycle
• Review orders for accuracy and gets clarity on orders when needed. Troubleshoots and corrects inconsistencies with the entry of the order into Coliseum using the OPCA view
  
  

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Associate's degree in business or related field
• 2+ years of work experience in a customer-facing role
• Excellent computer skills (including Microsoft Office Suite applications and proficiency in typing)
  
  

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• 1+ year of experience using SAP
  
  

The hourly range for this role is $17.50/hour - $20.00/hour. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
