With a focus on building strong client relationships our client is seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join their team and contribute to their continued success.

In this role you will be responsible for answering client inquiries and providing expert guidance on home and auto coverage options. You will play a crucial part in ensuring that clients have a thorough understanding of their policies and feel confident in their coverage decisions. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in Personal Lines Account Management who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries regarding home and auto insurance coverage.
• Provide expert guidance on policy options and assist clients in making informed decisions.
• Maintain uptodate knowledge of insurance products and industry trends.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure longterm satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct regular reviews of client policies to ensure adequate coverage and identify opportunities for enhancements.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service and support to clients.

Qualifications

• 35 years of experience in Personal Lines Account Management specifically in home and auto insurance.
• Strong knowledge of home and auto insurance products and coverage options.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Detailoriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
