• Create and manage a master project plan Actively monitor and follow up with team members to track progress, ensure execution of all activities according to plan Identify and raise risks and issues

• Create a weekly status report, update and distribute facilitate weekly status touchpoints with the project team, track and monitor action items

• Participate in meetings as needed and capture notes and action items

Skills:

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other business-related software.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to effectively interact with all levels of the client's internal and external business partners.
• Ability to deal with ambiguous situations and issues.

Education:

• 2-4 years experience with project management support.
• Experience with managing stakeholders, critical thinking and understanding the impact of changes and employee perspectives/reactions.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple work streams as part of a broader program.
