Job Description

Location: Fully Remote - Must be licensed in California and reside in the Pacific Time Zone

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST (occasional overtime may be required)

Compensation: $38 - $42 per hour, based on experience

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN Care Manager to join our team on a 60-day contract assignment. This fully remote role requires you to be licensed in California and reside in the Pacific Time Zone. If you have a passion for helping others and experience with Medicare, Medicaid, or managed care plans, we would love to hear from you!

Qualifications:

Active RN license in the state of California
Availability to work PST time zone hours
Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care plans
Proven care/case management experience
Strong computer and documentation skills
Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments of members' health needs
Develop personalized care plans based on members' needs and input
Provide member education and support
Make outbound calls and take inbound calls, spending most of the day on the phone reaching out to members
Perform data entry tasks
Navigate multiple systems efficiently
