Registered Nurse Responsibilities:

- Provide skilled nursing care to residents with a range of chronic conditions and complex needs.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and implement personalized care plans.
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and perform various clinical duties.
- Educate residents and their families about care plans and health status.
- Cultivate a nurturing and supportive atmosphere for residents.
- Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care delivery.

Registered Nurse Qualifications:

- Active RN license in good standing.
- Preferably 1-2 years of experience in geriatric nursing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to delivering compassionate, resident-centered care.
