Salary: $71000 $91000 (depending on experience)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our MedicalSurgical team in Mayfield KY. The ideal candidate will provide highquality nursing care to patients in a fastpaced environment with responsibilities including patient assessment treatment planning and collaboration with healthcare teams. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver patientcentered care in the MedicalSurgical unit by assessing planning implementing and evaluating patient care.
• Administer medications monitor vital signs and maintain accurate patient records.
• Collaborate with physicians nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions postdischarge care and preventative measures.
• Ensure patient safety and adhere to established protocols and standards of care.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in nursing.

MustHaves:

RN License for Kentucky: Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the state of Kentucky.

Education: Minimum of an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing program. BSN is preferred.

Career Aspirations: Demonstrated interest in longterm career growth within the nursing profession with a desire to advance skills and take on additional responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a MedicalSurgical unit or a similar acute care setting.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• BLS/ACLS certification.
