Restaurant Manager Requirements :

• True leader with the ability to help build a great team
• Hands-on, in-the-trenches management style
• Strong beverage (liquor / beer / wine) knowledge
• Huge passion for great food, great beer, and great service
• The ability to thrive in high volume ($3 million+) environment
• At least one year of salaried restaurant management experience
• Working knowledge of the P&L; ability to help manage all FOH cost areas
• Responsible for FOH ordering, inventories, training, and development
• The ability to have fun at work and make work fun!!
