We are looking for a Revenue Operations Manager who will help Sydecar optimize our revenue processes to drive growth and streamline operations. You'll collaborate cross-functionally and support marketing, sales, and customer experience to analyze sales data, implement efficient strategies, and enhance CRM systems. Your keen insights and proactive approach will empower us to make data-driven decisions, ultimately accelerating our revenue generation and ensuring sustainable business success.
Drive Process Optimization : Partner with Go-To-Market (GTM) team leads to refine and optimize marketing, sales, and post-sale processes, ensuring maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
Enhance Productivity of Hubspot : Oversee HubSpot development, automation, and workflows, leveraging the platform to boost team productivity.
Ensure Process Adherence and Drive Process Enhancements : Develop and train sales and marketing team members on new processes and maintain compliance with existing ones to uphold operational standards.
Manage and Expand GTM Tech Stack : Identify, implement, and manage additional tools in the GTM tech stack to enhance the performance and capabilities of the marketing, sales, and post-sales teams.
Enable Informed Decision-Making : Develop and maintain dashboards to provide actionable insights for the GTM team; analyze data to identify growth opportunities.
Develop Targets and Quotas : Establish and monitor marketing KPIs, sales quotas, and other targets to drive performance and revenue growth.
Optimize Compensation Structures : Implement and manage commission and compensation structures, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Enhance Forecast Accuracy : Improve forecast and pipeline accuracy by implementing data entry and hygiene best practices.
Enhance Post-Sale Support : Implement and manage a ticketing system for post-sales support, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and enhancing customer satisfaction and retention.
Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales and marketing efforts, maximizing overall performance.
4+ Years Experience in a Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar strategic operations role.
Proficiency in Hubspot : Experience managing Hubspot and leveraging it to optimize sales and marketing processes.
Technical Aptitude : Ability to manage sales tech stacks and implement tools to enhance revenue operations.
Analytical Skills : Strong analytical capabilities to analyze data, identify trends, and drive data-driven decision-making.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Demonstrated ability collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to align sales, marketing, and customer success efforts.
Communication Skills : Excellent communication skills to articulate insights and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
Fast-Paced Adaptability : Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and drive measurable outcomes independently.
Experience working in a startup or fintech.
Knowledgeable and passionate about venture capital and/or private markets.
