As a Sales and Trading Senior Analyst, you will play a critical role in our financial services firm's trading operations. You will be responsible for analyzing market trends, executing trades, and providing valuable insights to our clients. This position requires a deep understanding of financial markets, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Analyze market data and identify trading opportunities across various asset classes.
2. Execute trades on behalf of clients, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
3. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing them with market insights and investment recommendations.
4. Collaborate with research teams to assess market dynamics and develop trading strategies.
5. Monitor portfolio performance and risk exposure, making recommendations to optimize returns.
6. Stay informed about regulatory changes and market developments that may impact trading activities.
7. Provide training and mentorship to junior analysts and traders.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, CFA) preferred.
2. 3+ years of experience in sales and trading, preferably within a financial services firm.
3. Strong understanding of financial markets, trading strategies, and risk management principles.
4. Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
7. Series 7 and 63 licenses required; additional licenses may be preferred.
