Job Description

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our Ford Sales team. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a critical role in guiding customers through the car buying process, ensuring they find the perfect Ford vehicle that meets their needs and lifestyle. If you have a passion for cars, a knack for sales, and love working with people, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities:

Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide expert advice on Ford vehicles.
Conduct test drives, present vehicle features, and highlight the benefits of Ford models.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Ford models, features, and automotive industry trends.
Work collaboratively with the sales team and other dealership departments to meet sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and inventory.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry, is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
A passion for cars and a good understanding of the automotive market, specifically Ford vehicles.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales goals.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
