Key Responsibilities

• Salesforce Administration :

  • Manage and configure Salesforce objects, fields, record types, page layouts, workflows, validation rules, and permissions.
  • Create and manage users, roles, profiles, groups, and sharing rules to ensure security and data integrity.
  • Perform data imports, exports, and deduplication to maintain accurate customer and business data.
  • Monitor Salesforce usage and ensure effective usage of its features by providing necessary training and support to users.

• Customization & Optimization :

  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for various teams across the organization.
  • Implement process automation using tools like Process Builder, Flow, and Approval Processes.
  • Identify areas for improvement in the Salesforce platform and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new solutions or enhancements.

• System Maintenance :

  • Ensure the smooth functioning of Salesforce by performing regular maintenance activities such as system audits, releases, and updates.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide resolutions to minimize disruptions.
  • Stay updated with new Salesforce features and functionalities, and implement those that benefit the business.

• Collaboration :

  • Work with various departments such as Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service to identify CRM needs and translate them into Salesforce configurations.
  • Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure that Salesforce supports organizational needs.

• Integration :

  • Manage the integration of Salesforce with other business applications and systems.
  • Ensure smooth data flow between Salesforce and other tools, such as marketing automation, ERP systems, and third-party applications.

• Experience :

  • 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role.
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning, reports, and dashboard creation.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce declarative features (e.g., Flow, Process Builder).

• Education :

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM-201) required.

• Skills :

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Experience with data management tools such as Data Loader or similar.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
