About the Role:

We're looking for a talented Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our Business Analysts by providing innovative solutions and configurations. Your expertise in Salesforce and its various functionalities will help us enhance our systems and meet our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with Business Analysts to deliver effective solutions tailored to business needs.
- Utilize your skills in Apex for solution development and configuration, ensuring our systems operate seamlessly.
- Bring at least 5 years of Salesforce experience and 2.5 years specifically in Lightning development.
- Demonstrate your expertise in the Salesforce Lightning Framework, Apex, and AppExchange product development, alongside other customizations in Salesforce.
- Leverage your understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Health Cloud to provide comprehensive support.
- Apply your knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to enhance our applications.
- Understand and implement API integration methodologies, including REST and SOAP, with Mulesoft experience being a valuable plus.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, presenting ideas in a clear and user-friendly manner.
- Utilize your strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges effectively.
- Lead and mentor a team of developers by designing and reviewing code, while encouraging best practices and knowledge sharing.
- Have a thorough understanding of Salesforce Profiles, Roles, Sharing Rules, Validation Rules, Tasks, Workflow Rules, and Triggers.
- Work with Salesforce deployment tools to ensure smooth transitions and implementations.
