Aspen is a dynamic and innovative home improvement company that leverages Salesforce as a core tool for its sales and customer management processes. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Part-Time Salesforce Developer to assist in the creation of custom reports, upload of inbound leads, call campaigns, call queues, and customized reports within our Salesforce environment.
Role and Responsibilities:
As a Part-Time Salesforce Developer, you will collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to enhance our Salesforce instance's capabilities and optimize its functionality for call campaigns, call queues, and custom reporting. Your role will involve:
Call Campaigns and Call Queues: Designing and implementing call campaign strategies using Salesforce's Campaigns and related objects.
Creating and configuring call queues to ensure efficient distribution of leads and tasks among sales representatives.
Developing automation processes and triggers to streamline call campaign management.
Custom Reports and Dashboards: Collaborating with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translating them into effective, custom reports and dashboards.
Utilizing Salesforce reporting tools (Reports, Dashboards, Einstein Analytics, etc.) to create meaningful visualizations and insights.
Implementing data integration and transformation where necessary to enhance reporting accuracy.
System Customization: Customizing Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and workflows to align with the needs of call campaigns and sales processes.
Enhancing user experience by optimizing the user interface for sales representatives interacting with call queues and campaigns.
Documentation and Training: Documenting customizations, configurations, and development work to ensure knowledge transfer and future reference.
Providing training and support to users on newly implemented features and changes.
