LaSalle Network is seeking a highly skilled and experienced
SAP S4 HANA Implementation Specialist to join our client's team for a critical corporate-level initiative. This role is pivotal in transitioning our client’s current Computerized Maintenance Management System (Maximo) to SAP S4 HANA. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in SAP S4 HANA and proven experience in managing large-scale, corporate-wide projects.
SAP S4 Hana Implementation Specialist Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the transition from Maximo to SAP S4 HANA, ensuring the project is completed on time, within scope and within budget
- Oversee the integration of SAP S4 HANA with existing corporate systems and processes, ensuring a seamless transition with minimal disruption to business operations
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for SAP S4 HANA
- Configure SAP S4 HANA modules according to business needs and customize functionalities as required to meet organizational goals
- Manage the data migration process from Maximo to SAP S4 HANA, ensuring data integrity and accuracy throughout the transition
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure SAP S4 HANA meets business requirements and performs optimally before full-scale deployment
- Provide training and support to end-users to facilitate a smooth transition to the new system. Develop training materials and user guides as needed
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including process flows, system configurations and project status reports
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and external consultants to ensure all aspects of the project are aligned and executed effectively
SAP S4 Hana Implementation Specialist Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate) are a plus
- 1+ year of experience working with SAP S4 HANA in a corporate setting. Proven track record of managing large-scale, enterprise-wide SAP implementations
- Deep understanding of SAP S4 HANA modules, integration points and data migration techniques. Familiarity with Maximo and its integration with other systems is highly desirable
- Strong project management skills with experience in leading complex initiatives. Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is beneficial
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to manage and resolve complex technical issues
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- High level of attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes
